By inviting or using ay tee el ("Bot") or accessing our dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Bot.

1. Usage & Compliance

You agree to use the Bot in compliance with all applicable local laws and Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

2. Prohibited Activities

When using our Bot and Dashboard, you are strictly prohibited from:

• Attempting to exploit, abuse, or bypass any features/rate limits of the Bot.
• Using the Bot for spamming, raids, mass DMs, or distributing harmful content.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or attack our infrastructure.

3. Termination & Blacklisting

We reserve the right to terminate access, block users, or blacklist Discord servers from using the Bot at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if these Terms are violated.

4. Service Availability & Premium

The Bot is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for high uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Premium purchases or perks are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Bot constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
